Q. I am not located in Singapore, are there any oversea shipment?
A. Currently we only provide local delivery.

2. Warranty Conditions for all products supplied
Our products are fully warranty against defective materials and manufacturing faults for a period of 7 days from date of registered purchase unless otherwise stated. This warranty does not cover damage to any units caused by accident, misuse or in anyway being tampered with. Thus the warranty does not cover damage result from :
a. Installation into wrong voltage mains
b. Use other than in accordance to the instructions for operation
c. The serial number is removed, defaced or altered.
d. Any alteration or modification to the product.
e. Any unauthorized repair carried out.
Under no condition must any dealers or users alter or erase any of these conditions stated otherwise you will not be benefit from this warranty given. All parts replaced carry another 1 months warranty against any manufacturing defects.
3. Installation/ MOM Certification/ Calibration
a. We provide local site installation for water heaters, door/gate locksets and television mounts.
b. Additional costs may be charged for more complex jobs that require more works.
c. We provide submitting of products for MOM testing/ certifications for webbing slings, air compressors.
d. We provide SAC-SINGLAS and OEM calibration services for most torque tools and measurement equipment.

a. We repair most kind of power tools & equipment - all brands ( subject to spare parts availability from agents)
5. Sourcing Agent Services
a. We have wide contacts in Asia as well as USA and Europe. Let us know what u required and we will act as your sourcing agent to locate the products for you.
6. Good Advice
a. Feel free to write or call us for advice if you are not sure which product will meet your needs. We do not always expect you to buy from us but we are happy to advise you with your purchase even if you decide to buy elsewhere.

Cheap and high quality are two phases that as with most markets do happen together in any industries. Good value is common but also check the service you may or may not receive once you have purchased.
8. Delivery (Free Delivery For Purchases $88.00 & Above)
Q. When would my items be delivered to me?
A. We provide 7 days delivery service (including weekends and Public Holiday), delivery usually takes about 3-5 working days depends on the item(s) availability. Delivery timing will be 12pm to 10pm. Please expect delays for festive seasons.
Q. Where do you deliver?
A. We only provide delivery to mainland Singapore, Jurong Island and Sentosa currently.
For delivery places where permits are needed, please inform us beforehand.
Q. What are the delivery charges?
1) $5.40 Small Parcel : Up to 5kg or Max 0.8 meter*
2) $9.50 Medium Parcel : Up to 15kg or Max 1.2 meter*
3) $14.80 Large Parcel : Up to 30kg or Max 1.8 meter*
Q. What do I do if I have changes to my order?
A. You may email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 63395124 to enquire. Kindly state your order number.
Q. Would there be charges incurred if I missed the delivery?
A. Yes. There would be a S$30 reattempt delivery charge.
Q. I wish to self collect, can the delivery charge be waived?
A. Yes. Upon Checkout, choose the self-collection option to have the delivery charges waived.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Cancellation is on a case-by-case basis.
Q. Can i request the date/time of delivery?
A. Yes. You may indicate in the order and our delivery team will contact you with regards to it.
Delivery timings can be indicated by morning/afternoon and not specific timing.
